Dining Out, & Food & Drink, really don’t deal with cooking, only eating. OK YAHOO, get with it please & put a cooking catogory up here.
So for my cooking question, I am soaking lima/butter beans and the skins are pealing off & they look like crap. I have not even cooked them How do I cook dried beans and have them turn out like the ones in the can with the skins still on and not falling apart?

H&H’s hamburgers were REAL MEAT AND NO FILLER! Okay, so they had a bit of gristle, but they were really tasty! And what has become of Tasty Cakes and Pies (from Philly)…the old days were much better when FOOD WAS FOOD! And how dare you talk of burger restaurants–what concerns me is the American CULTURE! America should be a shining example to the REST OF THE WORLD!
