When I went to the Outer Banks in ‘04, two of my favorites were the Diamond Shoals Restaurant and the Buxton Munch. There was also an ice-cream shop located at a fork in the road, along Hwy 12, across from a place with the name “Bilbo’s” in it. I forget the ice-cream shop’s name, so when you respond about favorite restaurants, can you tell me the name of the ice-cream shop, too?
Just to narrow down the area I’m asking about…from Nags Head and into Ocracoke.
