Why are the top rated restaurants always in big cities?

Isn’t it possible and more likely that there are restaurants out there that have better pizza, sandwiches, steaks, etc that aren’t in larger cities? It seems like these placese are just chosen because of their big location, or they only look at big cities when considering best places.

I want to work in fine dining, but don’t know if it is worth it?

lala2007 asked:

So here is the deal. I currently work at a chain restaurant where I work late hours and make about $350- $500 a week working abou 30-40 hours.

I am a 20 year old college student and have worked in restaurants since I was 13. I have a lot of experience, and I want to switch over to fine dining.

Do you think that I could make more a week working at a fine dining restaurant? There are only a select few in my small city area that are really expensive, but I am a good looking, intelligent individual that would have a lot to offer.

Any advice would be wonderful!
