How much should I charge for?

This is the deal. There is a person (and his family) who want to rent a room from us. The things included are bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining place, and the room (with just the bed).
No internet, no phone, no pool. A place to park but not the garage.

They will be staying here by the day. how much should I charge?
Oh and the laundry room is available also.
I live 20 minutes from the main shooping areas. They are coming to shop!

PS It’s not family
I mean it’s not my family that’s coming. If it where it would be free

The cost also would come to by the number of people divided equally and can not be used.
The bills would define exactly what can not be used.
