In Santa Fe NM. I own an inn and cottages http://www.casitas.net. And what it really is, is a compound of apartments and houses. About 14 beds all together. I want to convert them to independent living really so that I do not have to deal with licensing. I have a kitchen/dining room and a laundry room, cooks and maids, and I am all set to go. I just need to find customers. Anyone have any suggestions ?

They will be staying here by the day. how much should I charge?

I live 20 minutes from the main shooping areas. They are coming to shop!
