Weight Watchers Dining Out Book?

I just joined the Weight Watchers Online program and was wondering about their eating out guide. I’m tight on cash right now so the book isn’t an option but if anyone has the book and can give me a few tips on how to eat right when dining out I would really appreciate it! Also if anyone has any tips on the whole Weight Watchers deal I would really appreciate them as well, I just had my fourth baby and would like to get my health back in order. Thanks in advance for any advice you could send my way!
