Mexican Restuarants do that a lot they sing it in mexican and they put a big sombrero on your head!

at texas roadhouse they sing happy bithday to you but thats here in asheville n.c.

Well no resturant is allowed to sing happy birthday because it is a copyright violation. They would sing their other versions of happy birthday. Like AppleBees and basicaly any sitdown resturant. They might even give him free cake!

I suggest Logan’s Roadhouse.
They get on top of your booth and sing, and plus good food and drinks.
